Contributing over 32% of EBay’s revenue last year of 8.7 billion, PayPal is already finding new markets and users to play an even larger role next year. Since most people are finally starting to see that the future is moving past PC’s and turning to mobile and tablet type devices, I am sure you can see where this is going.Tags: Ebay, EBay's PayPal, EBay's PayPal options, Mobile Marketing, mobile social media, PayPal, PayPal's e-payment options, PayPal's e-payments, PayPal's mobile e-payment

Google recently purchased Like.com. The Like.com homepage now has this to say:
“Like has been acquired by Google.
Since 2006, Like.com has been moving the frontiers of eCommerce forward one step at a time. We were the first to bring visual search to shopping, the first to build an automated cross-matching system for clothing, and more. We didn’t stop there and don’t have plans to stop now. We see joining Google as a way to supersize our vision and supercharge our passion. This is something we are truly excited about.”Tags: business, ecommerce, google, google goggles, google images, googles app, image search, like, like.com, mobile, mobile advertising, Mobile Marketing, visual search
I have been getting really excited over the new mobile technology that seems to be coming out faster then I can keep up with it. Last week it was Firefox Home for the iPhone and this week it is, my personal favorite, Chrome2Phone for the Android. Now at first glance I thought they were the same application for different phones because they both are accessed through Google’s mobile platform, the Cloud. True as this may be… soon I discovered what sets these two applications apart.Tags: Android, Android application, Android Apps, blog, blogging, Chrome 2 Phone, Chrome2Phone, google, google news, internet, iphone, mobile, mobile applications, mobile apps, Mobile Marketing, mobile netowrking, video, youtube
“Firefox Home” has been approved!
Even though it is not a full on Firefox Browser it is a pretty impressive iPhone approved application. If you are not a big Firefox user then this may not interest you as much OR may convince you to become one. This awesome new application allows you to sync up with the Firefox Browser on your home or office PC. It is 100% free and can be uploaded onto your iPhone or iPod Touch.Tags: Firefox, Firefox Home, internet marketing, internet marketing tools, iphone, iPhone Application, iPod Touch, iPod Touch application, marketing, mobile, Mobile Marketing, sync mobile with your PC
Microsoft is after Apple…Apple is after Google…and Google is going after the world!
The world is changing “technologically” right before our eyes and this means opportunity for you and your business.
I saw yesterday a brilliant man extremely successful and extremely influential in his area of expertise make a pointed statement against those in the Internet Marketing field.
His statement was that the Internet wasn’t a technology medium, but a people medium.Tags: apple, apps, google, internet marketing, marketing, microsoft, Mobile Marketing, online marketing, sales
For more than a year McIntosh Marketing has been preaching that the business world is going Local, Mobile and Social.
The small business owner can reap huge benefits now from Search Engine Optimization built around his local market. And I might add that the small businessman that doesn’t engage in effective local SEO will suffer from it as well.
In an article I was reading this morning: “Local Internet Search Marketing Can Save Small Business Owners, Even in This Tough Economy”Tags: Local Business marketing, marketing, Mobile Marketing, small business marketing
