I have been getting really excited over the new mobile technology that seems to be coming out faster then I can keep up with it. Last week it was Firefox Home for the iPhone and this week it is, my personal favorite, Chrome2Phone for the Android. Now at first glance I thought they were the same application for different phones because they both are accessed through Google’s mobile platform, the Cloud. True as this may be… soon I discovered what sets these two applications apart.

We do specialize in driving traffic, SEO, social and article networking but only YOU can convert sales.
Over the years I have heard complaints about people spending so much money on marketing and not getting any sales. The traffic is there, the product is great and they even put the time and effort into blogging and article marketing. Sometimes they even go the extra mile and actually pay an online marketing company to drive more traffic, yet still the same results. So these site owners continue to rack their brains as to what could possibly be the cause of such results? Or should I say, lack of results?

In a matter of hours, Spain and Holland will fight for 90+ minutes to see who is the world champion. As I write, all these players coaches and even fans themselves are looking within trying to divine the gods, develop the right mindset and even forcing themselves to think or chant the right mantras. Setting personal goals is a key element in all sports. Unfortunately, in life and blogging we do not engage in this vital step as often.

Yes it sounds unbelievable but it is true…
There is one company that is going for broke with their marketing. They sold $1.1 BILLION DOLLARS in 3 days …just this week-end!
They are selling items that cost hundreds of dollars each and for the most part their products require that you sign up for 1 to 2 years of additional (costly) monthly services.

Over the last few years I have been asked for my marketing glossary several times. Truth is, I don’t really have one. I do have notes with definitions here and there but have never actually put them all in one place. In fact, when I try to explain these marketing terms to someone, it seems to me that most of the time they think these terms don’t really exist! It could be due to many of them sounding very similar to each other but trust me they have very different meanings. I really felt the following keywords should be listed as they tend to be used most often and more commonly but for the full list with detailed definitions go to http://www.marketingterms.com/dictionary/

Imagine being in an industry that has more demand and need than is being fulfilled. This is the sad, but opportunistic story of the CPA. While so many businesses are being penalized by the IRS for bad accounting and tax handling, the lone CPA himself suffers for lack of new customers.

At no other time in Man’s history has there been such a challenge to make a better world. And at no other time has the playing field be leveled to such a degree to give a voice to those who want to make that change.
With the advent and proliferation of social media, those who want to bring about positive social influence have a powerful venue to find their voice, as well as access to an almost unlimited audience to hear their words of wisdom or dissent.

For those who are just starting out blogging, or want to start, you are not alone in your quest to find your voice, as well as reach out to a growing audience of blog followers.
No other single medium is more challenging and yet rewarding. To blog successfully one must be humble and to understand the rules, written and unwritten, as well as be persistent. There is no other easy way to become successful than to simply commit to the process and be consistent in one’s writing efforts.
